I have over 30 years experience helping people live better as a Clinical Psychologist, Mindfulness Teacher and Personal Trainer. I know that so many things can get in the way of having a balanced mind, a happy heart and active body. And it’s OK…

As a psychologist, I understand the nature of human behaviour- why we do things that are unhelpful, and why we don’t do things that are helpful.
There are many reasons you could be struggling to maintain a healthy body and mind- many of which are psychologically based. A lack of motivation; self-consciousness; low self-esteem; avoidance of what you perceive as unachievable or unpleasant; negative past experiences with exercise and mindfulness; belief that they are boring, or take up too much time, to the detriment of other things in your life.
As a Clinical Psychologist and Personal Trainer with 30+ years experience, I can guide you to move beyond the things that get in the way of you enhancing your fitness; strength; flexibility and balance, as well as your mental well-being.
We will work together so you can address these things- boosting your motivation and commitment to work towards lifelong health and happiness.
The MaKE my health program is the culmination of the trials and tribulations of my own health journey. As well as my professional experience in the areas of Mindfulness, Psychology, and Fitness.
